My journey began in finance, completing my articles with Ernst & Young while earning a Bachelor of Accounting in KwaZulu-Natal. But my career quickly evolved beyond the numbers—into marketing, corporate strategy, and ultimately procurement transformation.
In the late 1990s, I saw an untapped opportunity in South Africa’s copier and print services market. I introduced the concept of Managed Print Services (MPS) long before it became a global standard—reshaping procurement models for major organisations and delivering millions in cost savings.
That success marked the start of a broader mission: to help companies across all sectors unlock value hidden in their supply chains.
